Exploring the Essence of 3 things in the Journey of Life

Hello everyone, I’m John, and I’m new to this publication called “Hope*Healing*Humour.” Doesn’t the name emit positive vibes? Today, I’m here to share a story. Recently, I delved into the stories of various writers on Medium. Several points caught my attention, leading me to ponder their connection with our lives. Writers express their perspectives through personal experiences or references from others. As I noted these points, I contemplated how they relate to my own life.

Some points resonated deeply with my experiences, while others diverged based on differing viewpoints. Nevertheless, I believe that everyone is connected in one way or another in this world. The evidence is clear when people discuss their life journeys. Often, we find ourselves traversing similar paths. Imagine being in a crowd of around a hundred people, including yourself, gathered around someone sharing their life story. At various points, you’d likely find instances in their story that mirror your own life. It’s a fascinating coincidence that most people can relate to these shared experiences.

But here’s the catch: you might not realize that a significant percentage of others are having the same thoughts. Now, you might be wondering where my story is headed? and what I’m trying to convey?. Well, let me clarify.

From everyone’s life experiences, there’s something to learn beyond our personal encounters. Even the smallest things hold importance in our lives, whether they are big or small. If it’s a part of our life, it’s important.

As human beings, three aspects significantly enrich our lives: Time, Knowledge, and Relationships. Let’s go through it.

Time: Time is the measure of our existence. From birth to the present moment, we are embedded in the fabric of time. Memories, happiness, personal growth, and even failures are all woven into the tapestry of time.

Knowledge: Accumulating knowledge is a lifelong pursuit from birth to the present. It’s one of the most valuable assets in the world, surpassing even material wealth.

Relationships: Relationships are more than just bonds with loved ones. They extend to what brings us joy and fulfillment. Whether it’s a connection with nature, a passion for food, an affinity for travel, or a bond with animals, all these relationships contribute to our happiness. Even our most cherished relationships, like family and friends, fall within this category.

You might wonder about the significance of love within relationships. Love is indeed a pivotal component, but it’s interwoven with relationships. Moreover, love requires a certain level of knowledge. No, it doesn’t demand a formal education, but rather, life’s lessons, often passed down by family, friends, and personal experiences.

Moving on to knowledge, it’s a continuous journey. We gather knowledge from the day we’re born, learning from our surroundings. Our ancestors are prime examples of how knowledge transcends formal education. Our educational systems are rooted in their discoveries, and even their failures have paved the way for a more convenient life.

My earliest teacher was my Mom, and my first encounter with letters was through the Holy Bible. Our lives are enriched by constant learning.

Lastly, the title of this publication, “Hope * Healing * Humour,” reflects a positive essence: Hope: It helps us overcome pain. Healing: It aids in the process of recovery. Humour: It brings happiness, dispelling pain.

I wish for everyone’s lives to improve beyond their current state. If you’ve enjoyed my writing, I encourage you to share your thoughts in the comments. To stay updated with my future work, please consider following and subscribing for email notifications.
