Thoughts Are Real Things

What we think is our reality

So often we are caught up in the physical reality of the day and the concrete practical facts of what’s in front of us, that we don’t realize just how much our own thoughts play into what we see and perceive around us daily. We are taught that our thoughts, while valid, aren’t the same as what happens outside of our heads in the real world. If we think of something horrible, that’s not the same thing as doing something horrible for real. If we love someone without speaking or acting on it, then it’s not real.

Our thoughts don’t equate to the real world, they are an elusive private non-real thing, a free realm of ‘dream’. That is what we are often taught, but they are wrong.

What we think absolutely transcends into how we perceive and move throughout the day. It’s how two people at the same place can experience it in two very different ways. There is personal preference, but two people looking at the same statue will also see what’s there based on how their thoughts are working in their heads. Each person comes to life through different lenses which completely derive from their own thoughts.

It is our thoughts that create and transform the concrete world around us. If we are drowning in a negative thought process, we will only see negative things transpiring around us. The same goes for positive thoughts. The world will seem brighter and people will seem nicer. Are these people actually being nicer? Probably not, but the perspective of the observer has changed due to their own thoughts.

Our physical experiences change depending on our thought processes. So, what we think is a very real thing. It’s why it’s so important to pay attention to what you are putting out there via your thoughts and intentions. If you want to bring yourself out of constant negativity, you have to change how you are thinking. If you’re stewing on the negative, you’re only going to keep manifesting negative things. If you feel like you can’t get ahead and never can succeed, you’re right. You won’t because that’s what you believe and are thinking.

You can entirely alter your reality just by changing and directing how you are thinking. Even the worst situations can change depending on the way you perceive them. In fact, thoughts are so powerful, that we all should be taught to be very careful about just how our minds are thinking daily and how that internal process is affecting our reality. Our interpretations of things will drastically change and our views of what we see if only we spend a little time to be thoughtfully mindful of what we are thinking.

Our thoughts can create anything.
