Spiritual Tree Prompt 5 July
Though the Earth Trembles My Heart Is Unshaken
Living is more than one heartbeat

heart caged by ribs yet free
vibrates
flies beyond constraint of vessels
arterial burst life stream beyond restraint
magnetic fields attract pulsate
heart rhythm soars beyond restraint of messages from Ego upstairs
naught to fear
Vagus, dear Wanderer, untainted unattached to outcomes
carries a song of purest Love straight from my unshaken heart to the sweeping winds hugging the Earth
harmony whispers healing in each ear the breeze embraces
melody lifts melancholy
heart and mind unite in purpose hands join spirits lift
we awaken again to our coherent Oneness
Which our minds forgot But our hearts remembered
The inspiration for this poem came from Psalm 112:7
“He need not fear a bad report, for his heart is unshaken, since he trusts in the LORD.”
We live in challenging times.
It’s so easy to get caught up in fear and forget we are eternal spiritual beings.
But if we allow our hearts’ wisdom to guide our words and deeds, we can transform not only ourselves, but those around us and beyond.
“Wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving.” — Kahlil Gibran
Let’s create a beautiful world together.
Thank you Simran Kankas for this week’s prompt.
