Those Were Good Days

When you look at me now, you see an old man, but I still remember being a kid in the ‘60’s. Jimmy Dale and I would coast around on our Schwinns during endless summers. Fishing one day, picking up the latest Spiderman comic the next.
Or maybe just laying on our backs in a field of clover giggling and pointing out the odd cloud formations.
Life seemed so simple.
Now there’s cellphones, social media. Too much information. Too many things. How are kids today supposed to grow up into adults when they’ve never had the freedom to just be kids?
