They accept true stories up to 1200 words. If you submitted the story to another Chicken Soup for the Soul title and they didn’t publish it, you can submit it again if it fits this topic.

If they decide to publish your story, they will pay you and ship 10 free copies of your book to you. (some limitations). You keep the copyright to your story and the rights to resell it or self-publish it.
