This is What Happened Again in the Year 2022

History is repeating itself but I need to change it

People who are at Medium are either readers or writers or both in some cases.

I’m a bit of both, however, end up reading most of the content in contrast to producing.

Like other fellow members of the Medium, I love to write on this forum and enjoy the bond between the readers and the writers.

I’ve met incredible people on this forum for the last one and a half years (Sinem Günel Philip Hofmacher Kristina God Holly Jahangiri. I’ve enjoyed being here and would love to be here. They all are superb human beings placed in scattered places around the globe and thanks to Medium I was able to meet them.

People have been in contact through slack groups, Facebook groups, even I had video calls with a few of them.

In January 2021, I wrote on the very first day of the year in pursuit of my writing goals.

However, it was strange for me that I got distracted and couldn't able to write a single story for the next three months.

It was bad.

It was April 2021, when I wrote my next story.

I wrote at least a few in the remaining months of the year 2021. However, as most successful writers have advised, you have to pour in the content and show up regularly. The process will improve your writing and ultimately you’ll achieve success.

The start of the year 2022 is not much different from the preceding year.

I wrote nothing this month.

It seems I’ve learned nothing from my previous experience. I’ve around 15 years of work experience have a regular job but I still don't find a way to pen down my thoughts on the board, even though I think loads of loads in a day. (a book every day probably)

I’ve digested loads of information over the past one and half years on Medium. I’ve seen people complaining about algorithms, publications, readers etc.

But, I believe it is only one person that needs to change and that is yourself if you want to succeed on this forum.

I need to overcome my procrastination which has been my top problem on this forum. Thanks to Sinem Günel and Kristina God who have been pouring in great positive vibes through their forums that have led me to keep going.

I’m looking towards any ideas that may help me in order to be more regular.
