Our last chance for the bonus. Rather than a competition, let’s make it a team effort.

When I thought of this article, I had the idea of providing all my tips on how to make a bonus from Medium in July. This is the last month that Medium will give this particular bonus, so we gotta hurry and produce the best of our content.

But what if quantity isn't enough on its own? What if we could work smarter?

The solution came to me as I was writing the title of this piece.

Rather than creating a fully informational piece on how to make $500 this month, I have a different idea, now.

This is for the writers that didn't make it to the top tier last month. I belong to that group of writers and I would like to make it this time.

So my idea is this.

Having 2–5 writers, sharing an account, writing our hearts out, reducing the work needed to make it to the top because the weight will be shared.

If we make it to the $500 mark and we are 2, we will make $250 each. Plus the individual amount of earnings for one’s story.

With the ability to share the account, all potential writers can actively check other’s work and do something about it.

Sometimes, having a second look can be beneficial because they look with a relaxed mind. They will notice something you missed and won’t be judgemental for it.

This is a process that will enable the team to achieve higher chances of approval in bigger publications.

An Account With Many Potential Contributions

For better time management, having an account where you are a writer in most of the big publications is beneficial.

You won’t have to go through the process of applying to new publications and having to wait for 1 or more weeks.

Remember, we have 30 days for this to happen. We need to take advantage of every little detail.

Promoting is hard but what if there were more of you to do the job?

What if you are only promoting on Twitter and LinkedIn and now you can have your second partner promote on Quora and Pinterest?

Things like these can boost all of you simultaneously. You all established your own brand so you have followers to promote your work to.

Promoting gets the engagement up and the bonuses up as well!

But it turns out a better idea came up. An idea of collaboration.
