Let’s call the doctor since everybody will have this soon and I need to save my life right now, I don’t care anymore about the old people dying that should have all the attention now.

I dare you, survival will push you in selfish areas you don’t even want to know, just think toilet paper.

Then you experience that the doctor's line is busy, so your fear gets confirmed: there is nobody to help you let alone save you. You call your sister and ask her to bring you to the hospital. After a long thought, she refuses, she doesn’t want to catch the virus that you, so obviously, already have since otherwise you wouldn’t make this such big a deal.
