This Is How Much Money My First Viral Article Earned Me

Proof that one article can change everything

I’ve been writing on Medium, on and off, since the summer of 2019.

But ever since I graduated this summer, I was able to give all of my focus to writing on here.

In late August, I’ve published an article called “A Simple Psychological Trick To Make Peace With Your Mind”, and it has changed everything.

It got curated on the day it was published, but the views on the first few days were nothing unusual, and thus I stopped checking after a while.

But one day it had a dramatic change in the views, and from that day on, the views kept on increasing for over a week.

So it became my very first viral article by exceeding my record of 2K views and getting more than 13K views.

How much my first viral article earned me?

By October 6th, the lifetime earnings have reached $230, and it keeps on making more money.

It honestly is a big change for me, because, until August of this year, I was not a part of the $100 club, and now my monthly earnings have exceeded all of my expectations.

Ever since this, my other articles have been getting more traffic as well.

I also became a top writer in 3 categories; Psychology, Self Improvement, Life Lessons.

So yes, one article can change everything.
