This Could Be The Best Use Of Your Twelve Minutes

Awareness and acceptance build momentum

Today I am giving myself 45 minutes to write an article using my Android phone.

I am using both the typing screen and voice recording feature.

Here are the thoughts that are creating some resistance or you may call it an impediment.

What are they?

  1. Lalitha, you are unable to understand, why the Grammarly app installed on your phone is not working as it used to on the Laptop
  2. You can’t publish in Publications in the phone app.

I am aware of these thoughts. I am choosing to take power from these one-minute YouTube shorts and I invite you to do that.

Why?

That one minute will be most valuable to you, in my opinion

Here are the two YouTube shorts

The Five Second Rule You Should Learn -Mel Robbins Its Something that is meant for you

Today I have a lot of work both, personal and business related. I want to get that 10 min of workout before I carry out any of my work.

Wisdom from video 1

  1. I counted backward 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. No hesitation. I was able to connect with my inner pure self.
  2. My only immediate desire is to do a full body low impact HIIT home workout for 10 mins( I called it my dream and it is important to me)
  3. I got the perfect Home Workout Video.

Here it is:

10 min low-impact HIIT

Why I am sharing these three videos with you?

You too can within 12 minutes:

  1. Use what you learned

2. Feel good about using your time effectively and sincerely to nourish your Body, Emotions, and Mind(my favorite BEM model)

Thank you for reading.

Confession time:

In my phone app, I was unable to format the subtitle and upload images. Time is precious for me and I had to create the following new commitment to myself:

Lalitha, it is OK. As time is precious, just log into your laptop and give the finishing touches to your article.

Yay! I did that!

Guess what?

My Grammarly angel cleared eight punctuation errors.

I am considering adding to a Publication.

My article feels incomplete without a “Shout Out” to my fellow writers. I am going to do that now:

Thank you Eve Arnold and Don Martin for sharing your experiential wisdom through your writings:
