Things you can do when you’re sad to feel better

Feeling sad is nothing out of the ordinary, however, the things we can do to appease a moment like this.

Very simple things but that can make all the difference.

Things like Watching a funny movie and get cozy with some blankets.

I usually make a hot drink and write in my diary, which helps me a lot to “throw everything out” with the pages.

Being outdoors getting a refreshment or a breeze also helps a lot, unwinding your head and worries.

Often I also like to go shopping to buy something I like to use, often doing this makes me feel much better, following a good cappuccino in a café, it is simply wonderful.

Being sad is a natural thing in people’s lives, which helps me equally, is walking around new places or trying new things, things that make me “distract” from the feeling of sadness.

I also put music at home, which I love, and turn on my favorite playlist.
