Six Things More Valuable Than Money

Money is powerful but isn’t the most powerful.

I’m not going to lie, I need money, and you need money, everyone needs money to survive in this world.

Money is the number one reason you want to work, get a job, become a freelancer, content creator, or work for someone or a company.

Do you feel uncomfortable when people talk about poverty? or any other personal development type of content? If you do, I think you might have a serious problem.

You know money is just a tool, and yet money is the solution to buy everything we need. However, because money is so powerful, it’s hard to control our money.

In most cases, you use your money to feed your lust, buying everything you don’t really need because you can control yourself.

I know that’s normal, but why you are never interested in being poor, do you think most of the poor are always suffering? or they can’t have fun?

Should I ask you what makes you still alive? is that a house, cars, or money?

No, what makes you still alive is just food and water, that’s the most crucial. You can smile if you have those two things.

However, if you just have a nice house, nice gadgets, and nice cars. Sometimes, you are still hard to smile because that’s not what you need, or at least you are feeling unfulfilled.

I agree if you use a fancy gadget, or anything to improve your work. But, if you buy something to feed your lust, your smile is just temporary.

You should have an imagination about being poor and rich at the same time.

You can’t enjoy your life while thinking about poverty all the time or having too high expectations.

However, if you keep your mind stay in balanced, your imagination and visualization are perfectly stable, I believe you can face every problem in the future.

If you are suddenly lost all of your money, you can survive because you already have the basics of being poor.

And what if suddenly you become rich, you already know how to control your lust, and how to use your money wisely.

Thanos is true, the world should be balanced, and our imagination also has to be balanced. But, the way to make everything balanced is hard, that’s why we should learn more.

There are so many things that can make you happy without money. In this world, we just need to survive and be kind, let me give you some points.

Gratitude

Grateful for everything you have is hard, especially in our generation, do you know why? I think you already know the answer, social media.

Humans are social creature, social creature needs social interaction, and in our generation, we have the most advanced technology for social interaction, that is social media.

What do you see on social media every day? Tutorials to make more money? show off? or what?

Most of the content on social media is a distraction. When you look for entertainment you can spend hours in front of your gadget.

However, when you search for knowledge, you become impatient, because you can’t wait to see another entertainment.

You should remove your distractions if you want to be grateful.

Humility

We all have emotions, that’s normal. But show your emotion only in front of the mirror, don’t show your anger in front of people.

It’s impossible! I know. Being quiet, and holding back from showing off is hard, especially if you are an extrovert.

Isn’t because I hate extroverts, but if you talk too much, sometimes your secret will possibly slip out of your mouth.

What secret? Secret is something personal, your achievements included.

Everyone wants to be the best, admit it. If you see other people are richer than you, smarter than you, especially your friends, what do you feel?

You might say “I don’t care”, but actually you care, and it hurts.

Honesty

Honesty is the key. If you want to build a relationship, start your business, sells your product, or anything like that, you have to be honest.

If you want to offer something, being honest is easy if you provide a good product or a good service.

Honesty is easy when you are doing a good thing, but if you are doing something wrong, it’s hard to tell the truth.

You should be a good actor if you want to lie to people, and it takes a long time just to learn to be a “liar”.

If having a lying skill is important for you, it’s up to you.

Generosity

You don’t have to be rich to become generous, you can help people with everything you have.

If you have ten dollars, you can give one or two dollars to the homeless or anyone who needs it more than you.

We need each other, sometimes you are at the top, sometimes going down.

Generous doesn’t make you poor, there are so many opportunities in the future that might be coming from the people you help.

Don’t waste your time to save a ton of money, better to use your money to make other people smile.

Intelligence

Smarts are necessary. You don’t have to be a super genius like Albert Einstein, but you should learn basically everything to improve yourself.

If you have a hobby or passion, don’t waste it. That’s a gift.

You can make money from your passion, use your money to help more people, and become a better person.

Maybe you don’t make money from your passion, but you can teach other people, that’s why you should be smart.

Smart people always think logically, and smart isn’t about being right or wrong, but minimising the wrong scenario.

Courage

How to become fearless? Do you know how to become fearless? It’s actually not that hard.

If you want to have courage, you need a backup, and what is your backup? Your backup is kindness.

“What do you mean kindness, I’m kind enough” I don think so.

Kind to everyone, include someone you might think of as your enemy, someone you hate, whether your ex, your friends, competitor, or anyone.

Take a deep breath, and imagine we are all the same. You will get a reward if you have courage, whatever it is, I believe you will be rewarded.

Of course, that’s not easy as it sounds, I’m a writer and thinker. I give you my opinions and hope.

I believe there are more than that, but if you master one of those things, you are definitely above the average.

Imagine, if you have a friend which has those traits, you can easily put your trust on him or her, why you don’t try to do the same, learn those things.

Instead of chasing money without any certainty, you can enjoy your life while you can, right?

Life should be simple without thinking about money all the time.
