Things That Make You Human

Are always the things that do not make you needy

Credits — Kat Nelson

Welcome to this world, a materialistic one indeed where many are still trying to fit in and well, I too come into that category. I am not the materialistic kind to run after big-names, big- brands and big-money for I believe in running after big- peace, bigger -love and biggest- happiness.

I truly believe being welcomed into a world where humanity is needed along with love, bonding, respect, loyalty, independence and safety.

All this is because I may have some unmet needs but I am not needy for sure.

Do you know, if you have grown up in a secure, loving and stable household, majority of such of the needs are met as they were provided for? Only when there was some part pissing, that will leave a lasting effect on you leaving you pre-occupied for most of your later part in life. This can be on either on your social or romantic front.

So when you come across this quaint situation, what do you do…Are you ashamed of yourself and that situation wishing to just get over it to get rid of it?

Well if that’s what you think, then let me tell you — it’s wrong.

One should never work in this way but rather should move forward to learn one’s needs by creating awareness and striking a balance situation. In this way many times we learn to meet our own needs but sometimes it doesn’t happen until we get support from the bond of a relationship.

Now you would wonder how would you know whether you have unmet needs and which are those?

Shall I tell you the best way to solve this anguish…simply ask yourself…

Do I have unmet needs?

Am I nourished enough?

Is my body in an inherent starvation mode?

Am I unkind to myself?

Is my mind misunderstanding my internal mind?

Am I undergoing a drought of feelings?

Well, whatever be the case, all that is majorly needed is to set a fresh perspective and great thought process. This can happen by learning to develop, receive, attract as well as display clarity on all fours and adapting to a greater focus in life that makes you human.

So always remember — there is a difference in having balancing needs that make you beautifully human as compared to those that make you needy. Which is your take on life let me know!

Till then, it’s Terrific Tuesday and let’s spend it well!
