Things I realized at Yin Yoga, aka Sad Yoga.

  1. It’s far too much time alone in my own head.
  2. I find it difficult to stay still — each pose was held for 2–5mins.
  3. I am not comfortable in my own body a lot of the time.
  4. It was actually really good for me, which negates items 1–3 above.

So, in honor of my realization that I need to do it for reasons 1–3, I am now calling it Sad Yoga and will try to go weekly.
