Things I Need To Do

And So Do You!

I need to take the road And travel it alone… Like a true wanderer Lost in the desert Whose light and path To thirst-quenching oasis Or blooming civilisation On star, reading skills lie

I need to take the turn And follow it only… Till I overlook the falls That threatens to cripple And undermine my resolve Like the toddling efforts Of a baby before its first steps Pertubs an anxious watchful parent

I need to take the leap And trust that instinct… spread out my wings Till I soar above peaks Of the mountain ranges That blockades my reach Of valleys flowing in milk Honey, and every sweetness….
