Hello guys! Today I bring you a post with some of the things I usually do to relax. Some do it daily, others weekly or even when I need to clear my head, which is very important in difficult times like the ones we’ve been through lately.

As you can see from the images above, I like to meditate when I’m too nervous to restrain myself and doing it makes me much calmer. Drinking Tea, something I do constantly that makes me calmer and rest in my living room usually also helps! I also like to run away to my country house that is in the middle of the mountain range and that’s where I feel in heaven.

There’s nothing that makes me calmer than being in the middle of the woods! I’ve loved him since I was a little girl.

Comfort food, reading a book, being in the middle of nature and nothing screams more relaxing than being by a fireplace on a cold night! These are the little things I usually do to relax.

Some do it every day, others not so much but when I do I feel completely renewed. What about you guys? What do you usually do to relax? Maybe I’ll take some of the methods you guys use! ❤
