A muddy coat and empty bottles spill over the top of the cart as she pushes it up the sidewalk. Her weathered face distorts and twitches as she argues with invisible entities. One hand is grasping tight to the waistband of her pants which are three sizes too big, as people cross the street to avoid her. Despite the distance from her, she still acknowledges their presence.
