This is not a fake case study for getting views or whatever you may think.

Instead, this is a legitimate story with proof inside, showcasing how two friends made $800K in just 2 months from Amazon affiliates and around $19,000 per day.

Wow, if you want to know how they executed this entire procedure, I discuss it in detail in the full article, so please read until the end.

This method is commonly referred to as the blackhat method, aiming to manipulate the Google algorithm and rank websites for buyer intent keywords without original content.

They generated $19,000 per day from this website, named Conch House.

A few months ago, Matt Diggity uploaded a video on his YouTube channel discussing two friends who created the website Conch House using an expired domain.

This domain conch-house.com, previously owned by a restaurant, had a lot of quality backlinks from niche relevant sites, contributing to its high authority in the eyes of Google.

Google favors domain authority, leading to the successful ranking of every article published on such domains.

Expired domains with clean backlink profiles, like the one used for Conch House, are considered valuable but are rare to find and can be expensive to purchase.

Various platforms, such as GoDaddy auctions, Spamzilla, and ExpiredDomains, offer opportunities to buy expired domains.

Although the site conch-house.com is not available now because site traffic drops after 2 months and they removed the site from google, you can view its previous design and functionality on archive.org, as shown in the screenshot below.

Semrush Traffic Analysis

The peak time for site traffic was in August 2022, during which you can observe that 4 million keywords are ranking in the SERP, resulting in 3 million in traffic.

The associated traffic cost is $2.4 million, which is truly impressive.

How To Get Buyer Intent Low Competition Keywords

There are many ways, free or paid, to use keyword research tools to gather all buyer intent keywords that start with “best + product name” or “product name + review,” for example, “Best Laptops for College Students” or “Best Disco Pall Spencers.”

You can use Google Planner for free, but it doesn’t provide helpful insights. Alternatively, you can use tools such as Ubersuggest, Keyword Revealer, KWFinder, Semrush, and Ahrefs.

I prefer Ahrefs, the only tool I use in my daily research work as an SEO expert. I find low-competition, easy-to-rank keywords with this tool. Here’s how you can use it and export all the keywords from Ahrefs, then use these keywords in the Content Egg Amazon Plugin in bulk.

I input Amazon.com into Ahrefs Site Explorer and then click on organic keywords like below,

Then, we use Ahrefs Explorer filters to obtain our buyer intent keywords, which are the keywords that prompt people to visit and make a purchase from our site.

You can apply filters such as choosing the country, keyword search volume, KD (Keyword Difficulty), where KD 0 indicates a low competition keyword and KD 100 means it’s hard to rank. Additionally, you can use other filters like CPC, traffic, word count, etc.

For selecting the best products keywords, I input specific values. For this purpose, I choose the “Keyword” filter, select “Start with,” enter “best,” and hit apply. After that, click on the “Show Results” button.

To filter out keywords that are not products or not useful for your needs, simply add a new rule in the keyword dropdown.

Select the “Doesn’t contain” option, and then enter keywords that you want to exclude. For example, I also choose a word count of 5 to find some low-competition keywords.

The final results look like this. This filter fetched 523,950 keywords that start with the “best” keyword and have a word count of 5.

You can apply further filters to refine the data, export it, and then use these keywords in the Content Egg Autoblog Module to generate articles in bulk.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Activate your modules and add your API keys with network access.
  2. Search for the best offers using keywords.
  3. Display the offers on your page using special shortcodes.
  4. It’s quick and easy: perform multiple searches and add data directly to the post editing page without reloading.
  5. Set up autoblogging, and the plugin will generate posts with relevant content based on your schedule.

Prompt Used in Chatgpt

For example, in this post, they write a paragraph at the beginning of every post with different variations using spintax format, as shown below:

Looking for the disco ball spencers in the market? Before buying, spend some of your valuable time and do your proper homework. And if you are confused about where to start your research, don’t worry; we have got you covered.

You’ve come to the right spot because we’ve spared you the trouble of looking through tons of reviews and guidelines for finding the best disco ball spencers.

So, how can you do that? Simply copy this article, remove the keyword from the article (e.g., remove “disco vall spencers”), and paste it in the ChatGPT with the following prompt.

Now, we add our keywords script %KEYWORD% to this ChatGPT provided text. It will replace with each keyword you add in the Content Egg Autoblog Module, generating a unique article each time, as shown below:

{Looking for {the best deals|great options} %KEYWORD% in the market? {Before making a purchase|Prior to buying}, {invest some of your valuable time|take some time} and do your proper homework. {And if you’re unsure|If you’re confused} about where to start your research, don’t worry; we’ve got you covered.

{You’ve landed|You’ve come} in the right spot because we’ve {picked out|selected} some Best %KEYWORD% for you.}

You can also utilize the following article in spintax format to generate a new, unique version using the Content Egg Autoblog Module. This approach can make it more appealing to Google, potentially ranking it at the top, especially for 2 months, because, well, money matters 💰.

Plugins Used in this Website

1.

This website uses the AAWP Amazon Affiliate plugin to fetch best-selling Amazon products using the Amazon API.

The plugin is very easy to configure because there are many videos and documentation available online on how to use it. The best part of this plugin is that it is used to display products in a table on WordPress sites and automatically adds your Amazon affiliate ID to the links, as shown below.

Additionally, when a purchase is made through your website, you will receive a commission.

2.

The second main plugin used on this website is the Content Egg Amazon Affiliate plugin, which generates thousands of articles in one click and for uniquenes you can use spintax format too in this plugin which you can make from Chatgpt with custom prompt.

Hosting They Used

They choose DigitalOcean VPS (Virtual Private Server) as their hosting provider because it is the only hosting service that allows them to generate a large number of articles in one click using Content Egg.

Other hosting providers may not offer as much capacity or nodes to efficiently perform this task.

They published 5,000 to 6,000 pages per day. These numbers of articles are a huge amount and are only possible with good hosting like this, and remember, shared hosts don’t allow you.

Website Traffic Drops

Traffic dropped to 0 after 2 months because all the content was copy-pasted using the Content Egg script.

However, they managed to generate revenue in the initial 2 months, which is impressive.

Final Thoughts

To sum it up, they made a whopping $800,000 in just two months from Amazon affiliates with the Conch House website. They used some tricky tactics to boost their rankings on Google, but eventually, their traffic dropped to zero because the content is not original. Even with the traffic drop, they pulled in impressive earnings during the first two months, showing that with the right tools and strategies, you can make a big impact online.
