Theta State. How to Enter (Brain Waves)
How to tap into the 100K worth of content/ideas that Dan Koe is referring to.
Define Theta for yourself. (this set a start point while searching and browsing the brain)
Then see what do you do to get into this mode/state. (Dan does walking plus listening to subject that interest him to extract ideas/examples/perceptive on different areas, yet always putting on the lens of the newsletter for that week to note down his conscious and subconscious self can vision ATM.) This is a very practical way to draw down notes at the same time stretches your neuro path ability to replicate the condition to link/process information at it’s fuller capacity.
Many people uses different forms like Meditation to enter into this flow state to download/note ideas and thoughts from their deeper memory or I call it the “subconscious memory file”. (your own phone #, birth days, etc is in same file)
Things I realize during this state, there is a common setting.
- A person is doing an activity that he/she is does regularly
- Let the body do it’s subconscious movements as the brain process information on the other end like Yin and Yang or the Coexistence of movement and Chi in opposite of clam that allows the mind to unfold and extract information.
- The idea and dreams that can not be fully remember meaning it was experience within a versatile of you.
- If people use face value to achieve a piece of mind to pull themselves away/escape from physical reality and letting the mental part to take over for that given time to obtain wisdom by using their current issue/goal to be a guild to seek for solution just as if Dan using the weekly newsletter subject to complete the framework of thoughts.
- The ability to be in this flow state during your noting process is a effective way to minimize your time and effort in completing your Draft.
At the end of the day, time is our only few constrains that is constant to most.
