Summary

The article discusses the concept of vibrational frequency and its impact on well-being, detailing how everyday things can affect one's energy levels and suggesting ways to maintain a high vibrational state.

Abstract

The article explores the idea that everything in the universe, including human beings, vibrates at a certain frequency, which can influence one's state of being and health. It references Dr. Hawkins' scale of consciousness, which categorizes vibrational levels from low to high, and suggests that maintaining a frequency above 200 can lead to harmony with the body and environment. The author provides a list of vibrational frequencies for various states of health and being, emphasizing the importance of consuming high-frequency foods and avoiding negative influences such as worry, overthinking, and processed foods. The article also advises on avoiding low-frequency environments, people, and activities, including excessive news consumption, gossip, and judgment, to prevent one's vibrational frequency from dropping. By being mindful of these factors, individuals can enhance their vibrational frequency, leading to improved physical and emotional well-being.

Opinions

  • The author believes in the importance of understanding the universe in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration for personal well-being.
  • It is the author's opinion that maintaining a high vibrational frequency is crucial for good health and that this can be achieved by making conscious choices in one's lifestyle and interactions.
  • The article conveys the opinion that processed and canned foods have a detrimental effect on vibrational frequency due to their low or non-existent vibrational levels.
  • There is an opinion that the company one keeps and the environments one frequents can significantly impact one's energy levels, either positively or negatively.
  • The author suggests that a person's thoughts, including worry, overthinking, and negative self-talk, can lower their vibrational frequency, while letting go and maintaining a positive mindset can raise it.
  • The article expresses the view that constant exposure to negative news and certain activities on social media and the internet can lower one's vibration.
  • It is implied that a victim mentality and martyr complex are

These Things Were Keeping Me in a Low Vibration

It was all everyday simple things and I didn't even know it.

When it came to the topic of “vibration” I didn't know what to think. I mean energy, frequency, and vibration? That was all some really wild stuff to wrap the brain around at first but I've come to find the truth and I will share with you.

There are 12 universal laws — the law of vibration being one of them. A person's vibration is their state of “being” and “wellbeing”.

Everything in the universe is made up of energy, vibrating at a certain frequency. Every thought, every body, every matter, every belief, and every emotion is a form of energy. Everything vibrates at either high or low frequency.

Vibrational frequency

Dr. Hawkins talks about the scale of consciousness in his book Power vs Force, a scale that spans from 1 to 1000.

Whiles human beings fluctuate through the different levels on the scale, Hawkins discovered there is a critical point where everything that calibrates below 200 makes the body go weak and represents the absence of truth.

Everything above 200 makes the body go strong and represents the presence of truth.

According to Dr. Hawkins, having a frequency of 500 or above is of pure unconditional love, and it is in this state that we are in complete harmony with our body and our environment.

This plays a huge role in creating our physical reality. When a person’s energy isn’t vibrating correctly, they are more likely to get stressed out easily or even get sick.

List of certain vibrational frequencies

In 1992, Bruce Tainio of Tainio Technology built the first frequency monitor in the world. He found that the frequency of the human body during the day is 62–68MHz while a healthy body frequency goes up to 72MHz.

When a person’s frequency drops, the immune system is compromised. If you can keep your body’s frequency above 62 MHz, you are less likely to get sick.

Here is the list of certain vibrational frequencies:

  • Brain Frequency Range 72–90 MHz
  • Normal Brain Frequency 72 MHz
  • Genius Brain Frequency 80–82 MHz
  • Human Body 62–78 MHz
  • Human Heart is 67–70 MHz
  • Colds and Flu vibrate at 57–60 MHz
  • Disease vibrate at 58 MHz
  • Cancer vibrates at 42 MHz
  • Death vibrates at 25 MHz
  • Fresh Foods/Herbs 20–27 Hz
  • Dried Foods/Herbs 15–22 Hz
  • Processed/Canned Food 0 HZ

Fresh foods and herbs can be higher if grown organically and eaten freshly picked. Processed and canned foods have the lowest vibration.

To prevent your body’s frequency from dropping to lower levels, become aware of these things:

1. People and Places

The people in our lives can drain our energy and lower our body frequency. Some places you visit may also cause your vibration to drop. Sometimes the thoughts in our head aren't even our own. It could be someone else's thoughts.

People can make you feel whatever it is they are feeling and if they are negative things, you also feel negative and the opposite is true — when you have a conversation with a high vibrational person and find that you feel great afterward!

2. Worry and Overthinking

We all fall victim to worrying but constantly worrying and overthinking really affects a person’s vibrational frequency. Both worry and overthinking vibrate at very low frequency. People with high frequencies tend to worry and overthink less. They know how to let go of situations they can't control instead of ruminating and lowering their frequency. They surrender and let go of control.

3. Television and the News

There are plenty of times that the news has left me feeling fearful. While it's important to stay updated on what’s happening around the world, watching the news which mostly spreads fear lowers a person’s vibration.

Most people who vibrate higher barely watch the news. They know how it makes them feel, so they steer clear or limit the time spent watching. They only consume information that uplifts you and makes them feel good.

4. Negative Thinking and Negative Self-Talk

Negative thinking and negative self-talk can have a negative effect on our lives. It causes us stress, anxiety, and depression. For many people, it has become a habit. A habit that keeps you stuck low vibrational frequency.

Those who vibrate higher control their negative thinking. They know not to get attached to the thought that is affecting the ways they feel, and they also talk to themselves like they talk to a dear friend. The consequence of negative self-talk is a low vibration.

5. Junk Food and Beverages

Everything in this universe is energy, including the foods and beverages we consume. Every time we eat or drink something, we absorb that food’s energy into our body. The quality of the food you eat has a huge impact on your vibrational frequency.

Some foods vibrate at very high frequencies while others vibrate at very low frequencies. Eating healthy and nutritious food that is natural and unprocessed gives your body the nutrients it needs — which purifies your body, boosts your energy level, and raises your vibration. Junk food does quite the opposite.

6. Mess and Clutter

Clean spaces promote feelings of peace and serenity which makes you feel great! A messy and cluttered environment automatically lower’s person vibration and makes them more likely to feel stressed. Mess in our physical environment weighs on the mind.

Clutter can weigh down on our energy field as well and lower vibration.

7. Gossip and Jealousy

Gossip, jealousy, and envy are all low vibrational things. It never makes a person feel good. People who are constantly vibrating higher do not engage in such activities because they are aware it can lower their frequency.

Whatever we project out, we get back. Gossip, jealousy, and envy keep you from being happy and therefore keep you from experiencing the bliss of a high frequency.

8. Closed and Narrow Mindset

A closed-minded person is not open to new information. With a closed mind, you miss out on important information. There are always new things to learn and no one person knows everything. An open-minded person is open to new information, even if they do not always agree. An open-minded person is open to learning new things and seeing the world in new perspectives.

They are open to new information and have the wisdom to decide between right and wrong while learning.

9. Victim Mentality and Martyr Complex

It is so easy for us to get in the victim mentality, which is where we feel that things are being done to us. People with high frequency understand no one is to blame for the situations they find themselves in. They take inventory of their lives and take responsibility for the role they played.

A person with a martyr complex goes out of their way to find situations that are likely to cause distress or other sufferings. And these things do nothing good for a person's vibrational frequency.

10. Social Media and the Internet

The internet and social media are beneficial, but not always. Some activities on social media and the internet are very low vibrational and if a person engages in them long enough, the consequence is feelings of anger, fear, sadness, all of which vibrate at very low frequency.

High vibrational people are aware of this, so they limit the time they spend browsing the internet.

11. Judgment and Criticism

Judging others is a behavior that never makes a person feel great about themselves. Instead, it brings your energy down, lowering your frequency, and then your vibration.

We all judge sometimes. We judge ourselves. We judge others because we want to feel better about ourselves. A person's frequency drops every time they pass judgment.

Final thoughts

The truth I found is that everything in this universe is energy, which vibrates at a certain frequency. Some things vibrate at high frequency and other vibrates at low frequency.

Higher vibrations are brought about by positive emotions, empowering thoughts and beliefs, good health, and strong spiritual awareness.

Lower vibrations are brought about by negative emotions, disempowering thoughts and beliefs, poor health, and a lack of spiritual awareness.

High vibrational things cause well being in a person while low vibrational things cause disease and stress in a person.

When you can determine things that don't make you feel so good and remove them from your life, you raise your frequency and therefore your vibration.

Now it's time for you to find your truth. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below. Thanks for reading.
