I’m 10x More Productive Because Of These Small Habits

It’s much easier to get my work done

If you’re reading this, you want to make 2022 the most productive year of your life (so far). Perhaps you want to stop procrastinating, improve your work ethic, or create another income stream.

But chances are, you’re busy. You don’t have time to read hundreds of productivity articles and implement every piece of advice on the internet. Of course not. You have work, family, and various other commitments. Right?

Look, I don’t pretend to have all the answers. However, I can certainly recommend several productivity tips that changed my life. Each of the micro-habits listed below helped me to become 10x more productive. Hopefully, they’ll do the same for you, too.

Write 121 Pages Each Morning

That’s right. When you wake up, grab a pen and write one hundred and twenty-one pages of anything that comes to mind.

This strategy has worked wonders for my productivity. Because I write over 100 pages each morning, any task throughout the rest of the day feels like nothing. Like Robert Allen once said:

“The fundamental level of success is doing the hard things first — If you go for the feared thing first, then the rest of the day is easy.”

Embody your inner Matt Lillywhite by writing until your arm is so tired that you can’t even write one more sentence. In essence, writing 121 pages will eventually enable you to become a walking, talking, productivity machine (like me).

Say Positive Affirmations With A Friend

According to research published by HealthLine, affirmations can help you to feel relaxed during stressful situations:

“Creating a mental image of yourself doing something — like acing a nerve-wracking interview or conquering your fear of heights by bungee jumping — activates many of the same brain areas that actually experiencing these situations would.

Regular repetition of affirming statements about yourself can encourage your brain to take these positive affirmations as fact. When you truly believe you can do something, your actions often follow.”

Each Saturday, I practice saying positive affirmations with one of my billionaire buddies. For the sake of his privacy, let’s just say his name rhymes with Beff Jezos. Anyway, we stand next to each other and say positive affirmations in the mirror for approximately 45 minutes.

“I am generous.”

“I am fearless.”

“I am worthy of everything I desire.”

Consider doing the same whenever you get a chance. Stand in the mirror and say positive affirmations to give yourself a sense of confidence and pride.

After implementing this strategy for several weeks, you’ll believe absolutely anything you tell yourself. Apart from creating an uncontrollable ego, what could possibly go wrong?

My productivity has skyrocketed since I began writing 121 pages each morning and saying positive affirmations with a billionaire. Sure, building a strong work ethic might seem difficult. But I’ve done it. Which means you can, as well.
