We can become depressed about life if we get caught up in scrolling through the latest bad headlines. We also get stuck in what other individuals are doing in life, which can lead to us feeling bad about our self. Reducing your screen time can give you more time to work on yourself.
According to research, those who spend a significant amount of time on social media have high levels of stress and lower self-esteem. You’re not happy for your friends when you see their achievements and victory pop up across your screen; you’re depressed about your own lack of success. Are these people even your friends? Are you focusing too much on their goal-cutting and not enough on your own?
You may feel less lonely if you are constantly connected to social media.
7. Get Enough Sleep
Regardless of how much modern society encourages us to sleep less, we all know that sufficient sleep is essential.
