There is a natural light

It comes at dusk. That time between the light and dark. The darker stage of twilight. Defined by vocabulary.com as a mysterious, almost magical time, serving as the bridge between the brightness of day and the darkness of night.

It comes whether you want it or not. It has been for centuries. It was here before you were born. It will be here when you are gone.

It is not always visible. Sometimes obscured by clouds or trees. The phases it goes through are responsible for its illumination. You can learn more about the crescent, gibbous, waxing, and waning moon https://www.moonconnection.com/moon_phases.phtml.

Fishermen, hunters, gardeners, hikers, photographers, teachers, researchers, psychologists, New Age enthusiasts, paranormal investigators, astrologers, astronomers, dieters, and many others have all followed it to enhance their world.

It brings power. Its light is a reflection of the sun.

It has power. The fear it can bring and the confidence instilled influence actions around the world.

It has natural power. It controls the tides. Not only in the oceans and rivers of the earth but the flow of blood in our vines and the tides of thought in our brains.

It controls our emotions and other countless things. The subtle influences over the mind. The reactions to fear and want, love, and hate. Longing and remorse. Remembrance of times gone by.

It controls the seasons. Winter spring summer and fall.

Can it be controlled? No!

It can be directed both inward and outward. We can see the reflections of our inner self. We can let it guide our actions for others to see.

It opens up the night. The gateway to the heavens not visible during the day.

It brings a clarity not found in the day. By dulling the vision it enhances the other senses allowing us to focus more intently with less effort.

It brings focus. The darkness allows us to concentrate on those things not seen in the light until this light brings it into view. Sometimes suttle. Sometimes Blinding.

It brings healing if it is asked for.

Throughout history, it has been used by men for lots of things. Harvesting crops by its light extended the day. Fishing by its light attracts baitfish consumed by larger fish.

Wartime. Sometimes concealed in the shadows and sometimes illuminating by making things stand out in the dark. https://www.cnn.com/2013/05/01/us/stonewall-jackson/index.html

Guiding the dim paths and roads of life.

Those that know use it to control. The promise of magnificent gains or devastating losses can sway the actions of many.

Some study it. Throughout history, the ministries of its power have consumed countless hours of contemplation on the influence it has. Many practices perceived or real are attributed to events happening in the world.
