Their Life

Life is a struggle but sometimes gives the best reward.

In their first life, he got to know her joy

So fierce and wild it was, like a blazing inferno

Drawing in all who saw, yet so blinding

Hiding the truth from everyone but him

In their second life, he got to know her pain

How lost she was, seeking a beacon in her pitch-black world.

He saw the pain abusing her, as peace refuse her,

Yet his heart reaches hers, filling it with comfort and relief.

In their third life, he got to know her fears

It came in waves, overflowing and deeper than the seas,

Wishing to drown him, wrapping around her like a cloak,

Yet he washed it away, soothing the fears that once drowned her.

In their fourth life, he got to know her true love

Their hearts gradually align, forever intertwined, beating as one,

Their thoughts gradually align, forever intertwined, words unspoken,

Their love gradually aligns, forever intertwine, endless through time.

In their final life, he got to know her faith

Their bond deep and strong, unbreakable in this life

Nothing could shake their love for each other,

His eternal partner for life, she remains forever.
