The Wound Is The Place Where The Light Enters You—The Light That Enters You — Is A Light That Can Heal & Guide You:
Hardship is an entry point to the world of meaning — Through hardship, person receives the light of God's realization. In hardship person loses his material assets but in return — he receives Spiritual Blessings.
When we embrace our wounds, when we open ourselves up to a greater understanding of ourselves and the world around us — The light that enters us through our wounds is a light that can heal us, inspire us, and lead us to a greater sense of purpose and meaning. It is a light that can guide us through the darkness and help us find our way back to wholeness.
Wounds that allow the light to enter us. They are the portals through which we can connect with our deepest selves and with the divine.
Through prayer, we connect to our creator (Allah) who has the keys to all problems or hardships. And patience means a Focused struggle to achieve one’s goals and to remain steadfast against all odds.
A Muslim should realize that the center of everything, whether ease or hardship is Allah — therefore, the logical thing to do is to turn towards Him and seek His help and refuge in the tough times.
Allah reminds us of the reason For these trials or hardships —“And indeed Allah will know who is truthful and who is a liar” (Quran, 29:3).
Difficult times are critical to show those who are Truthful and those who are not. Hardships and misfortunes are experienced by everyone and it can sometimes be very hard to respond to these hardships when they strike. Many people lose hope during tough times — Being steadfast and reconnecting with the Deen can help in many ways to be positive and hopeful in tough times.
We all go through tough and difficult times, battling through life physically, emotionally, and mentally against all that is thrown at us. Whilst soldiering our way through these testing times — we are inevitably painfully wounded. The pain continues until the wound heals. But even when healed, they leave scars, and the effects of the experiences linger on.
The scars may be ugly and sore, a reminder of an unhappy time, to which we never wish to return or experience again. But if we view them in a positive way — we see that the wounds and scars are Far From ugly and grotesque, but rather beautiful, resplendent, radiant.
Even in these difficult times, there are positive experiences — there is light. Often, these battles make us stronger, and more patient and they give us an opportunity to reflect. They are a prompt For us to take a look in the mirror and examine ourselves: our character, in particular our negative traits, how we interact with others, and our life priorities.
It is these reflections that we can use to implement the changes we need and to bring out the true human nature and beauty that is locked within us. It’s therefore important — we think about how we react when someone calls upon us.
Allah (swt) states in the Quran, “Verily in the remembrance of Allah, hearts Find rest.” (Quran — 13: 28)
So, the point is that —we should utilize the Tough time to improve and turn towards Allah (swt), the One who can only turn things around for the better. May Allah (swt) accept our Good deeds. (Ameen).
JazakAllah (May Allah reward you [with] goodness)for reading.
