The Winds of Change Unfortunately Has Sand in it
Many pieces must fall to the ground when chiseling out a masterpiece

A massive voluntary change in yourself brings with it an equal involuntary change in those around you.
They will either embrace who you are becoming with open arms and encouragement to be the better you, or they will fight against your change because it means that they must also change.

Change is scary for those who have grown accustomed to the comfort zone.

During any transformation, however, there is an adjustment period that can get ugly due to over or under-compensation in the process. Sometimes you hit your mark, sometimes you fall short but eventually, things will reach an equilibrium.
Those who actually want to support your desire to always strive in becoming a better person will be patient, understanding, and accompany you along your journey, while others will fight to keep you the same old person for their own purpose or sever whatever ties they have with you.

This is a natural process, not everyone is on the same journey as you.

Let things play out the way they play out, those who are supposed to be in your life will still be there for every level of transformation you achieve.
