Don’t use your valuable lifeforce to watch ‘garbage’ on your streaming platform. Pick a streaming platform that is less fixated on all the polarization, violence, sex, and degrading animal behavior and instead has a good selection of wholesome media production.</p><p id="b9c0">If you don’t choose a streaming platform with more good than bad, you will get lazy, fall into negative behaviors, and watch degrading, animal instinct media. I have amazon prime as part of my membership and Frndly TV.</p><p id="84c5">It is impossible not to have some conflict in movies and TV; all shows are built around a problem that needs to be solved. So while we can watch some violence, struggle, and discord in movies, we need to feel that there is a moral purpose to all of this and, in the end, feel like humanity REDEEMED itself. So limit the view rating to PG-14, and DONT watch R-rated movies.</p><p id="2da4">This may seem hokey, but honestly, it’s just the kind of diet you want to feed yourself. <b>Remember, we are planting good seeds in our garden, </b>so I watch the Hallmark channels and other G-rated programmings like cooking, house buying or repair, travel, documentaries, animal shows, and soft-moderate conflicts with moral messages. Actions to Repeat For Your Paradise Every Day

In my last article, I wrote about how our preprogrammed reality supports repetition. See the list of articles on this topic here.

I want to flesh out this understanding and give more substance to the meaning.

The Master from the Free Beings and Spiritual Warriors Academy explained that a life designed around repeating patterns of quality actions and beliefs creates a wholesome life full of well-being.

On each planet, in each density or frequency of Intelligent Thoughtform Reality, this ‘designed life’ will be different. Each extraterrestrial or planetary Avatar will have a different expression of reality and what it means to thrive.

In our reality, we have a body highly sensitized from specific patterns implanted in our Divine Blueprint. We respond to stimuli in intense ways forming attachments and addictions. We are easily seduced and fixated on objects, bodily sensations, and monkey mind chatter.

Our main problem is our lack of discipline to do repetitive actions that build character, stability, higher values, and respect for ourselves, the planet and others.

Repetitive actions such as meditation and mindfulness help us correctly focus our minds on stillness and clarity while calming our emotions so that we can respond positively to life.

Repetitive actions that build a wholesome life will gain the support and momentum of our preprogrammed reality, our extraterrestrials guides, and our personal Creator.

Creating and sustaining a wholesome life requires mentorship from wise people and finding examples in the world of what you want to create.

To do this, we must first clear out the astral-purgatory voices of our lineage, ancestors, and negative entities. These Entities constantly talk in our heads and manipulate our emotions. These astral-purgatory matrix Beings are regularly in our dreams. Many of these dreams are negative, reinforcing victimization, lack of love, abandonment, abuse, fear, and addictions.

I have videos and articles about using the Sacred Fire to cleanse our astral life and build a sphere of protection around ourselves, our family, and our environment. We must cleanse our lineage daily until it is clear, reinforce our sphere of protection daily, and meditate in the Sacred Fire often.
