The Walk Never Ends
Just Keep Walking

The walk begins the minute you awake, It is the walk to the bathroom, The walk to the breakfast table, The walk to get dressed for the day. There is the walk to the bus or the train station, Off to the work place for yet another great win.
We just walk around every day, We leave footprints on sand, wood and clay. There is a walk around the workplace, The walk for a short tea break. There is a walk after a long lunch break. We keep walking to keep fit and exercise, We keep walking, meditating on a healthy break.
We start the walk as toddlers learning to walk. We continue walking and talking from childhood, Through the rebellious rushing and running teenage years, To the age of frantic confusion of youth and adulthood, We keep walking through the joys and sorrows, Through our hometown, city and neighborhood, Through the happiness and the wet tears. We walk when we are happy and to overcome fears.
The walk of life never really ends. We walked into this life in this world, We keep walking or moving till the very end. We walk to meet our future and our destiny, We walk away from unhealthy situations, We walk to be alive, healthy, happy and free.
We walk from this world we call home, Into the next dimension to freely roam. We walk to support a worthy cause, We walk to show we disagree with an unworthy cause. In life we do not really stop, relax and pause. We keep walking all our mortal and immortal life, Through the joys, failures, triumphs and strife.
