The US Military Cannot Fight Russia and China Together
The United States is totally unprepared for the next war

On April 22nd 2021, Admiral Charles Richard, the Commander for United States Strategic Command, testified before Congress. During his testimony, the Admiral shockingly admitted that the US military could not fight multiple fronts against a Russia-China military offensive. Russia and China are increasingly becoming strategic partners allied against the United States.
Already both countries lead a military alliance, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). The SCO consist of over 68% of the landmass of Eurasia, roughly 42% of the world’s population, nearly 30%of the world’s GDP and approximately 75% of the world’s operational nuclear weapons. The specific aim of Russia and China is to replace the United States as a superpower.
Recently, Russia and China have tested American resolve since the beginning of Joe Biden’s presidency. In April, Russia placed 100,000 troops near its border with Ukraine. China deployed a record number of military planes into Taiwanese airspace in October. These actions by Russia and China exposed America’s illusion of strength, given that Washington has done nothing to retaliate against both nations.
The United States might face a three-front war if Russia, China, and North Korea simultaneously invade Ukraine and/or Eastern Europe, Taiwan, and South Korea, respectively.
Admiral Richard testified that the United States Military has no contingency plans for confronting the two allied nuclear powers in a future conflict. Thus, the United States and its allies’ ability to sustain significant battles, let alone win a war against Russia and China, remains very much in doubt.
America appears to have no contingency plans to fight Russia and China. In recent years, the US military has been more concerned with experimenting with critical race theory and becoming woke than creating battle plans to defeat America’s enemies.
In recent classified war games, Russia and China defeated the US military in every single simulation. David Ochmanek, a key defense planner, observed: “When we fight Russia and China, the US gets its butt handed to it.” Also, the New York Times reported that in the last 18 Pentagon war games depicting a battle with China in the Taiwan Strait, the US lost 18 times.
Geist, writing in War on the Rocks stated that in a pitched battle with a major adversary such as China, US forces may be defeated even if its commanders don’t make any mistakes.”
These are chilling results. Even if no mistakes occur, the US military would probably lose; the history of war informs us that Commanders will make mistakes.
All these scenarios envision conventional wars in foreign theatres. However, if Russia and China use weapons of mass destruction, the US fairs even worse. America not only loses the battle, but it also ceases to exist as a nation. America recently has fallen behind Russia in nuclear warhead capabilities. It has also failed to create any deterrence against Moscow’s hypersonic missiles.
Also, Russia and China have developed super electromagnetic pulse (EMP) weapons. According to National Interest reported, these bombs are designed to enhance the emissions from a detonation. Such an attack could cause nuclear reactors in the United States to melt down, spreading radioactive contamination and fallout to nearby cities.
In 2008, the Congressional EMP Commission estimated that such an explosive attack on a national scale could cause up to 90% of Americans to die within 12 months due to starvation, disease and societal breakdown.
Experts believe these weapons would cripple all strategic infrastructure, including food and water distribution, power grids, transportation, communications and the Internet, in a matter of minutes.
The super EMPS would even disrupt the US military command and control system and a president’s ability to launch retaliatory nuclear attacks. The US military and government have no contingencies to prevent or combat such an attack from Russia or China.
If America could not beat North Korea, North Vietnam or the Taliban, what chance does it have against this powerful Russia-China axis.
