The Universal Law That Just KNOWS You Will Manifest Your Desires

Have you ever heard the saying “fake it til you make it?” This phrase suggests that you start acting as if you are already the person you want to become.

I’ve got a more accurate one for you: “Assume it and you’ll be in tune with it.”

The Law of Assumption is a concept introduced by self-help speaker and author Neville Goddard.

“Simply dare to assume you are what you want to be and you will compel everyone to play their part.”

– Neville Goddard.

To do this, ask yourself this question: “What would my life look like if I assumed something different?”

When you assume something, notice the changes in your physical state.

When I go for a walk, I tell myself the following things:

I am worthy.

I am confident.

I am loved.

I am happy.

I am successful.

I am respected.

I say these affirmations to myself over and over and an amazing thing happens:

My posture straightens out. I walk taller, with my shoulders back and head up. My arms start to swing. My steps are taken with purpose. I feel and look like a person on a mission. I start to strut

The confidence this brings engulfs me. It empowers me to the point where I assume all these things to be true.

Do I care what others think? No.

That is a requirement in assuming you already are what you want. You cannot care what others think. You are free to have your own thoughts, and they are no one’s business but your own.

In my life I assume things will work out for me. They usually do.

When problems arise, and they do, I assume that I’ll find a solution, and I usually do.

Is it luck? No, I don’t believe so.

Am I particularly blessed, more so than others? No, I don’t believe that either. I just believe that life will go well for me.

It’s not always a slum dunk for me. I’ve had loss, I’ve had failures, I’ve had disappointments. But I don’t dwell on them. I find ways past them, and look forward to better days. I assume they will come.

This strategy may require you to reframe the way you think. I’m naturally an optimistic person, but if you’re a pessmist, this may be challenging for you.

It will take a deliberate decision on your part to start seeing positives in your life. No one can do this for you.

Pessimism though, is like abdicating your own personal power. It’s assigning power to outside forces. It’s assuming in the worst possible way. Looking for bad things to happen.

If that’s how you roll, then you do you.

But if you’re over being a pessimist, give yourself the assignment of assuming things will work out for you.

Assume you’ve got it, by standing tall, feeling confident, feeling relaxed, feeling powerful. These are all things you are capable of doing, in your mind. You don’t need anyone’s permission or approval.

Start with affirmations, like the ones I mentioned above.

Start with exploring what it would feel like to assume good things will happen for you.

I promise you, that you’ll feel more positive and in control of your life. And that what you assume will happen, will indeed become your reality.
