The Universal Law That Holds A Mirror To Ourselves

As within, so without.

The Law of Correspondence states that our outer world is a reflection of our inner world.

Your physical reality is an expression of the thoughts and emotions that you have. If your inner world is full of turmoil then so too will your outer world be.

That’s why your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship to tend to.

What do I mean by “relationship with yourself”? Well, how do you feel about yourself? Do think you’re a lucky person, or do you think you’re an unlucky person. Because whatever it is, that’s what you’ll experience.

Have you heard the saying “The rich get richer and the poor get poorer?” That’s because “the rich” have an abundant mindset and “the poor” have a scarcity mindset. They both think what they are. They both expect to get what they are thinking. And they do, because of the Law of Correspondence.

Keep the Law of Correspondence in mind the next time you say “I can’t do that” or “that will never happen for me”

Other thoughts to avoid:

I’m not lovable

I’m not capable

I’m not attractive

I can’t do it myself

That’s not available to me

Every single one of these thoughts will be reflected in your reality.

But so will these thoughts:

I’m good enough

I can do it

I’ve got this

I can figure this out

I’m a smart person

I know which set of thoughts I prefer. I know which reality I would like to live.

Positive affirmations can help you change your mindset. Find some that make you feel good and stand in front of a mirror and say them, or think them if you’re embarrassed someone will hear. Start imprinting them in your mind. A belief is just a thought that you think often enough.

If you struggle with affirmations, I wrote a story on how to tweak them to get them to work for you.

Be kinder to yourself. Believe in yourself. Back yourself.

Not sure you’re doing it? Look around. Your reality will tell you all you need to know.
