This simple yet super powerful habit helped me achieve goals that I could only dream of. When I began doing this exercise, I went from earning $40K a year to $40K a month.
I became confident in my abilities, I trusted my outcomes, and doubts and uncertainties vanished from my mind!🥰
I got used to this habit when I hung out with millionaires in a high value mastermind for a year.
It’s kind of like a confirmation of where you’re going and your future self knows where you are in relation to where you want to be.
When you ask your future self for guidance — she or he replies, and you’ll surprise yourself big time!🎉
My goals are now different, yet this habit is priceless.
I skip the New Year’s resolution hype and I do this after all the fuss wears off. Those are “unrealistic” feelings at the time of celebration — research shows by the end of January most people are failing their promises to themselves.
Not with this habit, not now, this works like magic when you decide to give it a try!
You’re truly a collection of your thoughts and believes, this habit sets you up for winning each and every time.
Whenever you’re in doubt, do this exercise and affirm yourself, command your mind, and execute on your mission.

A Letter From My Future Self:
Hey girl!
I see you! You’ve finally found that extra special place where you express yourself without judging who you are and eagerly share your thoughts, downloads and messages with amazing humans on this planet.
By the time you get here, you’ll forget all those doubting thoughts that are sometimes still hunting you in your dreams.
You’ve changed millions of hearts, and inspired thousands of people with your writing and on top of that, you’ve created a successful publication that is now jamming with 2000 soul-led writers!
You have no idea yet how fulfilled your life is going to be, but just to give you a hint, you have no regrets, you wake up excited every morning, you now follow your boundaries and keep your promises to yourself.
You are also back to ballroom dancing Emy! Whooohoooo!
I know you’re not there just yet to make the time for dancing but it’s coming, soon, I’m not going to spoil it for you, you’ll see!
Keep in mind a few things that I wish I did when I was in your place:
Always remember that your great ideas and inspiration will come from slowing your mind and deepening your spiritual connection with your higher self.
Everything you do, will have success, but what you do from your heart and soul is what’s going to skyrocket your reach to humanity and the ripple effect of your love for life is what most people need right now.
Keep focusing on love, acceptance, appreciation, affection and attention.
Any time you find yourself out of the flow, or question if what you’re doing is good enough or powerful enough, remember to stop.
That’s the only way you’re not going to burn yourself out and keep the focus you need to get to this wonderful place I am now.
