They aren't always from heavenly angels
Angel numbers are strange phenomena. When numbers repeat, it catches your attention, and when they keep repeating, it makes you think. What are the odds of looking down at the clock in the car at 11:11 am and then turning your head only to see the same numbers as the last four digits of a phone number on the back of a van? How? Especially when you were thinking of something significant. Such synchronicities don't happen often and when they do, they leave a lasting impression.
But where do angel numbers come from? Are they a product of our own minds? Are they really from angels or we self-generate them? Are they demonic?
I read a terrifying article about angel numbers. The author implied angel numbers are an occult practice and therefore of the devil. She thinks so because the bible never talked of angel numbers, then it must be bad. I thought there was no way. The Bible doesn’t talk about a lot of things. It didn’t talk about cell phones or laptop computers, but we've accepted them as vital because they make our lives somewhat better.
If a number were from the devil, you would feel fear or a sense of uneasiness deep in your soul if you're in tune with your intuition.
The devil isn't here to inspire you. He's only here for three things — to kill, steal, and destroy. If what I’m feeling after seeing 333 is the inspiration and motivation to keep creating, then it's good. If a number serves as positive reassurance, then it's from a good Source. When angel numbers serve as an inner guidance system that guides you forward, they can be trusted.
I wondered what made the author of the article feel that way. What made her think that noticing numbers is a divination practice and therefore a sin. Something isn’t a sin when your heart is pure. It isn’t a sin when your intentions are good. It isn’t a sin when you acknowledge God.
Something is divination if it makes you turn your head away from the creator of heaven and earth.
Many people in the comments section of the article said they would no longer pay attention to the angel numbers. And that was a shame! I won’t link the article because I don’t want to spread fear. I hope people are strengthened and can stand in their own truth. You can't believe everything you read. Use your intuition to help you decide what to believe.
If seeing a number while thinking of something important makes you stop to think, then maybe there’s something for you to stop and think about.
Numbers are everywhere, and they provide guidance. Numbers ensure accuracy. They ensure one stays in alignment.
Like laptops and cellphones, angel numbers aren’t scary. It’s scary when you think it's the heavenly angels that came and made your grocery list add up to $11.11 or made there be 111 claps on the medium article or made the email come in at 11:11 am. Your own soul prompts you to notice these numbers as guidance.
That doesn't mean that there are no angels here on earth. There are earth angels. Like numbers, angels are everywhere. The lady that smiled at you with pearly white teeth and deep eyes. The girl that’s excited about her passion and can’t wait to show the world. The single mother dedicating her days to helping others stay on the right path. Some children are old souls and old angels in tiny bodies. Maybe you’re one. It could be the doctor or the healer. The preacher or the lightworker. Beautiful souls leave behind numbers subconsciously and unconsciously in their day-to-day activities, which end up becoming guidance for someone out there.
There are many ways angels guide you. The most common is through intuition. Your inner guidance. Inner compass. It's a matter of if you can see it and let it guide you or if you'll see it as a sin and miss out on an opportunity to learn. Live your truth.
