
The three pillars of health
“In order to be healthy, people need cold, hunger, and movement. And the whole civilization is striving for warmth, satiation, and rest. People do everything to die.” ~ Porfiry Ivanov, Russian mystic.
As we have identified in the Wheel of Life, health is the area of life of foundational importance. Here, we will start looking into three sub-chapters dedicated to what I call the three pillars of health, namely:
- Exercise
- Nutrition
- Regimen
Let’s define the mindset for reading these sub-chapters. While you are reading try to answer these questions:
- What type of body would make you a balanced and productive human being?
- What type of physique would reflect your vision of your inner self?
- What are your priorities regarding your health?
I have a deep respect for physical exercise because it was the main driving force of my healing back in the time when my mind was in the wrong place. Let’s talk start with it.
