Happiness is the biggest pursuit in life. If you are happy, life becomes so easy. However, most people are struggling to achieve happiness.

Most people fail to realize,

Achieving happiness is not a destination, it’s a journey. Achieving happiness is a constant process and you need to work for that.

Most people think that happiness is something you have or not. But they are wrong, happiness can be attained.

I will ask you one question,

“Have you ever solved math questions during childhood? Or Have you solved a Rubik’s cube?”

I am sure everybody has done those things.

Now close your eyes and try to remember how happy you were after solving math problems and Rubik’s cube.

That’s the key. That’s how you achieve happiness as an adult as well. You solve life problems and you become happy.

Happiness comes by solving problems. It’s that simple.

Most people are miserable because they are running away from their problems instead of solving them. They don’t want to take responsibility for their life.

When I became responsible in life and start solving my problems, I became happier.

For example,

When I started taking my health seriously and solving my overweight problems, I became happy.

I used to waste a lot of time watching TV. When I started learning guitar and started utilizing my time, I became happy.

When I started writing to improve my writing skill, I became happy.

It’s up to you now. Do nothing and be miserable. Or start solving your problems and be happy. The choice is yours.
