I was the man of nights Because I had a sun inside my nights

One night My night’s sun was gone They took it away from me

My nights were full of lights Light of my exclusive sun Light of love Light of being alive Light of brilliant thoughts

Where are all those? Give them all back to me

The whole meaning of a crazy man’s life I have found in your eyes my sun Without my sun, I am ruined No one can wash away my face from sadness

I wish the sun was with me Shoulder to shoulder in the street We rely on the rain until the rainbow comes out From your shoulders

You were the sun of my night You were the night’s sun too

With you, I was alive again I was smoking your breath in light Every second

Without you My world is dark Without you I am slowly dying in my darkness as ashes die in the ashtray after I smoke them

I am here living inside This storm of darkness I can’t see the light through This dark storm They placed in my conscious
