For example, I can syndicate my publication to a <a href="https://flipboard.com/@mehmetyildi2020/health-and-fitness-jp52knuoy">Flipboard</a> magazine.</p><h1 id="ce1b">6 — You might leverage the power of lists.</h1><p id="f3f3">Medium has powerful tools, but not many writers seem to utilize them, as some writers are unaware of them from my observations.</p><p id="aa46">One of the most effective and easy-to-use tools is creating lists. They are powerful because they show on the profile. So a new reader might be curious and check your lists to understand the type of stories you are collecting and reading.</p><p id="1177">So if you own a publication, you can simply create a list with the selected stories from your publication. <a href="https://dr-mehmet-yildiz.medium.com/list/16a258d9d824">Here is a sample list</a> that I made for my publication. It shows on my profile when a new reader finds my account on this platform.</p><h1 id="ec3e">7 — Allows posting publication newsletters.</h1><p id="b574">Publications have built-in newsletter tools. Owners can create as many newsletters as they want. The tool automatically emails the newsletter to subscribers.</p><p id="308d">There are additional features, such as linking the newsletter to each story published in the publication as a footer. This feature is valuable because each story can potentially bring new subscribers.</p><p id="473e">In addition, newsletters can be published on Medium as a story and can even be monetized. So, a single story through the newsletter service might reach out to a broader audience.</p><h1 id="62f1">I offer free support to writers to create publications.</h1><p id="9e68">Since my goal is every writer’s success on this platform, I helped many writers create their own publications for visibility and findability on this vast content ocean. They all gained noticeable benefits.</p><p id="e950">These writers created the basis and gave me editorial access. Then I designed the publication layout for them. It doesn’t take too much time as I have done many. I also create visibility for them in my circles.</p><p id="ab1d">I find practical ways to promote their publications. The Stubborn Cannot Be Reformed:

Islam considers stubbornness as a Negative trait in an individual. Arrogance and stubbornness are two qualities that are linked together. An arrogant person insists that they know the truth and refuse to listen to others They become blind and deaf to the truth, and no amount of persuasion will make them change their opinions. This obstinacy is their loss.

On the contrary, a Believer is humble and receptive. Their virtue and good deeds make them inclined to the truth. That is the natural Fitrah of the human being.

Allah(swt) says: But Allah has endeared Faith to you and made it appealing in your hearts, and He has made hateful to you Faithlessness, transgression and disobedience. It is these who are the Followers of the right way. (49:7).

The Stubbornness that is mentioned by the Scholars in describing those Nations that were destroyed because of it is intended to mean that they rejected what the Messengers came up with in their Messages — and refrained From responding to them by accepting the Faith and obeying them.

Allah says : {And those cities - We destroyed them when they wronged, and We made for their destruction an appointed time.} (Quran 18:59)

Ash-Shanqeeti said in his Tafseer Athwaa’ Al-Bayaan:

“Allah clarified in this verse that the past cities when they transgressed by denying the Messengers, being stubborn, and indulging in disbelief and disobedience, Allah destroyed them due to their sins.”

Hazrat Ali(r.z) says: “Stubbornness is the cause of evil."

“Brazenness ( or stubbornness) causes harm to the human intelligence."

“Stubbornness is the cause of conflict and enmity."

“Stubbornness harms a person the most in this world and Hereafter."

The best attitude is one of moderation — The parents who adopt this way of upbringing their children don’t consider the stubbornness of the child as an aberration and are aware that it is the expression of his individuality. Instead of curbing this instinct, they use it For the training and upbringing of the child.

Stubbornness is different From determination — Determination and Steadfastness are praised virtues,Stubbornness is condemned.

The Following are important points For a Believer to keep in mind:

• A Believer is determined to Follow the truth. Not the truth that the self conjures up, but truth as revealed by Allah (swt) and taught by His chosen ones.

• Stubbornness is resistance to change. There is no negotiation possible, mostly based on a heightened sense of self.

• Humility can be part of determination. There is humility before God and submission to His laws even when it goes against personal desires. There is no place For humility in stubbornness.

• Determination is For a cause greater than the self. Stubbornness is mostly about the self.

So, the point is that — a person who is not ready to change himself even after listening to the Commands of Allah, this means that he is being Arrogant with the verses of Allah and disobeying his Creator.

He who does not obey his Creator then obeys his own self — and such a person destroys his worldly life and the hereafter in his stubbornness and obstinacy.

May Allah(swt) protect us From the slavery of ourselves and From the evil of Satan. May Allah(swt) include us among His obedient servants. (Ameen).
