The Spirit Seeks the Body
Monday: When have you felt most connected to your spiritual side?

I’m so glad for the treasure hunting of my true self. A couple of years ago, I was lost. I didn’t know where I was stepping each and every second. It all felt so foggy. But I suppose you need to get through this phase too.
As below so above
I have a long journey for me ahead for sure. Still, I feel the most connected to myself now. I meditate, I stretch my body, I’m learning myself.
More and more, I have these awakening moments when I realize the exact present moment I experience; my breath provides oxygen in my lungs, my heart transmits the oxygen to my whole body through veins. Everything works out as it would.
In my foggy years, I was totally unaware of my body. It felt more like a cage of my soul than a perfect fit to live fully every moment of my life here. In fact, I’m getting more and more interested in it: I touch and feel my bones, my skin, I’m looking in the mirror and feel myself, I’m searching on the internet about the anatomy of bones and muscles.
Our body has its wisdom. It knows how to cure, how to experience, how to live. The only thing you can do is listen to it. Listen to your body with all your senses, plus your sixth one, intuition.
Many people, when they hear about spiritual things believe it all has to do with your soul and ignore the most important thing, the most important tool that will road them there, the body. As I did.
Today 7th of February, as I was meditating, I asked my higher self to guide me to write more. Only an hour passed, and this is it.
Thank you 𝘋𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘢 𝘊. for the insightful prompts!
