“Variety is the Spice of Life.” Let me talk about the spices, a dash of which may bring a significant “lift” in our lives.

Spices I love cooking. Particularly experimental ones. Like Cinnamon, Clove, All Spice, Turmeric, Cumin, or Sumac, these aromatic spices would stimulate, activate, and vitalize whatever foods we cook and eat. Adding a dash of them to any meat, seafood, and all kinds of root vegetables; yams, sweet potatoes, carrots, acorns, and pumpkins before roasting would provide your dishes with profound aroma and deeper satisfaction.

Orange Peels and Juice Orange is a clean flavored beautiful fruit. Adding minced orange peels, fresh orange juice, and/or solid pieces before or after cooking to desserts, meats (chicken, turkey, pork, and beef), seafood, and even rice could be an eye-opening experience! Your dishes would be lifted and shine with an unexpected harmonious delight. This might even change your ways of life.
