What do you think of the sounds of nature?

When I sit in a park or in a mountain area or near the seaside and I am quiet, I hear some beautiful sounds. The sound of the light breeze. It has a quiet pleasant sound.

The breeze is cool and I can breathe.

I hear the sounds of the birds chirping and it makes me feel joyful. One cuckoo sings every evening when I take a walk. It keeps on saying Cu hoo! Cu hoo!

I hear the parrots jumping up and down and when I try to take a photo they just run away and I can hear just the sound of the wings.

Somewhere close by are little insects that make a continuous sound and I try to understand what it means.

In the mountains, I call out ‘Hello!’ It echoes back hello! Hello!

I hear the sounds of the clouds bellowing and the sound of the rain coming down unexpectantly.

I hear the little chicken doing chik, chik,chuk, A happy sound following their mother when the cock loudly makes a declaration of good morning.

The cats are Mewing mew mew and the dogs are barking.

Near the ocean or the lake are the gurgling sound of the water and the sound of the waves as they grow louder and louder with the waves coming forward and backward.

I find these beautiful sounds and become one with nature. I love to sing a tune and smile. It brings joy to me.

I love to take long walks. It is like a walking meditation and it soothes my soul.

I have seen many people take out their mats and meditate or exercise or enjoy group yoga. I love it too especially the clapping and laughing yoga which is always fun in nature and in a group when you laugh uninhibited. You are happy.

I also notice people traveling and exploring the countryside or a place where they are visiting with their friends or family and they really love that experience in nature.

I am a born nature lover so when somebody asks me what do you like in nature I really have to think whether I find joy in the mountains or near the water or in a park.

I can tell many stories about my experiences. I would love to know your story.

Do you like to meditate in some natural surroundings? Do share your experiences and pictures with us. Do you practice gratitude when in nature? Have you thought of spirituality or experienced kindness in nature? You can tell your story. You can also write a travel story exploring scenes in nature.

Think about it. Write about it.

For me, it is all of the above.
