We often worry about the wrong stuff.
We often worry about ourselves when we should be thinking of others.
We often forget the effect of our body language and words on the people around us.

Smile Challenge
Like all good things it’s simple:
See how many people you can make smile in;
- Beginner: 10 minutes
- Amateur: an hour
- Pro: A day
Keep a tally — in your head or on a scrap of paper — and remember that your #1 priority for that 10 minutes/hour/day is to make people smile — that’s all that matters.
Check the results:
- How many people did you make smile?
- Did it make you feel happy?
- Did you manage to get other stuff done too? Was it easier and more enjoyable?
If you answer yes to these questions, you might have found a life hack that’s actually going to work.
