The Single Best Habit (That Most People Neglect)
What’s the one habit you can build from the comfort of your bed that costs little, never gets boring, and makes you wealthier, smarter, happier and a better person?
It is reading books.
Despite most of us wanting to read more, we often default to watching TV shows and browsing social media, sometimes up to the moment we fall asleep. I believe we can all find some time in our day to read a little and can grow a reading routine over time. It is truly one of the most rewarding habits you can build for yourself.
I have written a lot on the topic of reading already. So today, I thought I would do a round-up post categorizing the different issues we face while developing the habit of reading books regularly.
