The Secret to A Sexy Life Is Actually an Unsexy Daily Routine
Life happens in the interlude

The last 2 years have been unreal.
Almost knocked up a girl. Lost my grandfather. A shoulder-injuring gym scuffle drove me to start Muay Thai. My first heart-drumming cold approach — morphed into a habit of picking up girls.
Bought a dream car. Turned “red pill” and worshipped Rollo. Got a forearm tattoo sleeve—and made out with the receptionist who called me “obnoxious”.
Dropped 3 tabs of acid after a heart-breaking date — only to go celibate from the next morning. Signed up for my first kickboxing tournament.
And stumbled into (possibly) the love of my life at a rock climbing gym!
All that’s only 10% of the roller coaster ride—that strangers I meet seem to find delight in listening to.
But my regular daily life?
Workout. Work. Read. Sleep. Repeat.
Beyond this mind-bogglingly counter-intuitive idea lies a profound truth about the universe.
The Number One (Ignored) Factor for An Intriguing Life
Serendipity.
Lady luck. Chance. Coincidence.
Whatever you call it, there’s an unseen orchestrating force that permeates the universe.
Forming endless chains of “cause and effect”, the universe’s dominoes topple each other in mysterious ways.

2 Astonishing Examples from My Own Life:
- Rock climbing with the boys → All but one cancel → Last-minute calling another friend → His girl and her friend come along → The latter catches my eye → My sexual innuendoes put her off at first → But we soon strike a chord and vibe → She’s now my girlfriend!
- Meeting Niharikaa Kaur Sodhi and Varun Khadri → Spotting a tucked-away book store → Chatting with the bright shopkeeper → A middle-aged man butts in → Turns out he’s a Stanford-Harvard double graduate from silicon valley→ A 5-hour intense conversation spanning philosophy, history, economics, and maths.
The full series of events is actually hyper-curious — but narrating it would require an article of its own!
The only way to facilitate such serendipity is to keep leveling yourself up in life — unlocking access to richer experiences and deeper people.
The more substance you possess, the better you’ll absorb the power of serendipity.
So, if you’re puffing cig after cig before getting drunk at the local bar every night?
The only “serendipity” you might unlock is a clumsy make-out with a sleazy coke addict.
If you’re luckier, you’ll drudge to your 9 to 5 without puking your soul out.
The Enchanting Beauty of A Boring Daily Routine
Think of your life’s potential as a circle with some diameter.
You’re born with a zero radius — but an insatiable curiosity.
As you stumblingly learn about the world, the radius steadily grows outward — until you land your first job.
That’s where most throw their hands up and settle into a lifetime of mediocrity.
Fed up with reality, they seek escape through drugs, alcohol, porn, and endless smartphone scrolling.
With your dopamine receptors fried beyond belief, essential things become boring.
No wonder you hate working out, journaling, meditating, setting goals, and leveling up in life.
When you taper yourself off cheap dopamine, the “boring” things become interesting.
As you stick to the “boring” things, these unsexy habits will build you and your life steadily — to a level where serendipity can’t help but favor you more and more.
The radius that stopped growing once you got done with college and “settled”?
It will resume expanding — like the roots of a budding sapling.
But Don’t Make This Crucial Mistake
The biggest trap most hustlers and productivity addicts fall into?
Closing themselves off from the world.
Adhering to your daily routine is necessary — but you need to know when the universe is calling.
That’s where intuition and self-awareness come in — honed through introspection, journaling, meditation, and practicing deep, centering breaths.
Clinking beers with the boys or seducing drunk girls with daddy issues might not be strong enough reasons to break your routine.
But exploring a sensory deprivation tank or going on a nature retreat to unwind?
Ask yourself, “Will the experience or reason expand your mental horizons and potentially change your POV?”
On the unplanned and unknown side, ask yourself, “Can this facilitate enough to facilitate serendipity?”
9/10 times, your intuition or gut instinct will know the answer.
Godspeed, my friend!
