The Secret of Getting Through EDD Customer Service line Amid The Pandemic

Follow these steps to get an EDD representative on the phone

Millions of Americans have lost their jobs, myself included. I applied to get the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance. Everything was successful until I made a mistake on one of my claims.

To fix this you need to talk to an EDD claim representative. The 1-833–978–2511 number is only to fix minor things on your claim. But to really get the help you need on your claim you need to contact the 1-800–300–5616 customer service line.

It is literally almost impossible to get a representative on this line. I called about 500 times total during the past 3 days and I didn’t have any success until today. I researched online for some sort of help to get through and finally talk to a representative. I spent hours researching and calling.

After all my research and investigation I came up with this secret formula so you can hopefully get a representative to help you fix your claim and get that money you need during these very difficult times.

Here is a breakdown:

When you call the 1–800–300–5616 there are now 2 different recordings. You want to get the one that doesn’t hang up on you after you press number 1. So when you call immediately press one. If the recording continues then you got the right one. The recording will continue talking for about 60 seconds or so. Press number 3. Then you’ll hear a different recording with a different voice that starts saying ‘why wait’. After this recording ends press 2. Then press 5 right away. After this press 2 and then press 7. The automated system will ask for you social security number. This point is crucial. Just ignore it. Do not enter you social security number. The automated system will ask for your social 3 times. Don’t do nothing. After this I was transferred to a representative who helped me fix my claim. Before talking to the representative I was on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes so be patient once you are in the queue.

I tried many other formulas and none of them worked. This one is the only one that worked.
