The Ripples You Send Out
A poem about positivity
The tangled up anomaly to which I get transfixed,
the pouring thoughts — they make no sense, the way the words get mixed.
It matters not who praises. It matters not who sees.
It’s not a competition. Just do what you shall please.
Remember that your actions will send a sort of ripple.
So keep your good intention and things will be quite simple.
You will soon discover that this is all you need;
the life of good intentions — the tiny, magic seed.
It sounds just like a movie. I know it’s nothing new.
The golden rule still glistens. The power lies with you.
That may sound sort of funny — but truly look inside.
You can make your future, and it’s gonna be a ride.
Lessons learned are endless, and people will soon find
that we are all connected and our bond is in the mind.
