The Newest Attention Bait
The Rat That Is Published Everywhere
Why is everyone on the internet claiming this one image?
I could not find “the source” of where this image came from, but am astounded by the masses claiming its origin as their own. I’ve even written a post on it because it's so catchy.
I bet you’ve noticed the groups online with posts evoking an emotional response, saying things like My cat died, my loved one said I was ugly, no one appreciates this blanket I’ve knitted.
Right now, the fuel for those attention schemes is …. a Victorian Rat purse.
Everyone and their mom found this treasure at a thrift store, estate sale, or auction, and it dates from the Victorian era, Middle Ages… Everyone seems to be claiming it! Even I’ve made a joke about it.

Tell your rat purse story! Have you seen these somewhere? Comment or link to your own!
