The Princess and the Pirate: A “Blue Book Diaries” Teaser
Fantasy, Reality, and Everything in Between…
“So, all your life,” Zach asked as he brushed Rina’s hair behind her ear, “you’ve wanted to be a captive cartoon princess?” And he gave a breathless “oof!” as his girlfriend grabbed him by the shoulders and rolled him off with a shove, sending him tumbling onto the bed beside her.
“First of all,” she announced, “it hasn’t been ‘all my life.’ And two, I don’t ‘want to be’ a cartoon princess. I just… think about it. A lot.”
“You’re cute when you’re mad,” Zach teased her, and he lifted his head from the pillow to kiss her before she could offer a retort. Their kiss lingered until he lay down again, their eyes locked. “How did this start?”
“Okay,” Rina sighed, “so this one time when I was eight, my brothers were watching some really old cartoon. Like Star Wars or something, laser guns and swords and stuff. And the villain had captured the princess, who was also the hero’s girlfriend. He’d tied her up by her wrists in his lair. And the thing is, he was hot. The hero was nice, but this guy was gorgeous. He kept circling her, touching her face and whispering in her ear…”
“This was some cartoon,” he whistled.
“He was just going on about ruling the world,” she clarified. “But I had this sense that they weren’t enemies right then, and that, though she was the hero’s girlfriend, she also belonged to the villain. I didn’t understand that, but just the thought of it made me feel sort of warm and dizzy.”
Zach gazed past her shoulder at the ceiling, lost in thought, and Rina leaned closer to catch his attention with a kiss on the nose.
“How about you?” she asked. “I mean, telling stories is your big thing…”
“There’s one,” he replied, “and it’s sort of like yours. I really got into pirate stuff as a kid and had this fantasy about being a cabin boy. The crew had captured a girl, a princess from a faraway land. She refused to speak and they didn’t know what to do with her. I was the youngest, so they ordered me to make her talk and locked me down in the brig with her.”
Rina rested her head on his shoulder and studied his face as he spoke.
“So,” he continued, “knowing we’ll both be thrown overboard if I fail and it’s to save her life, I start to undress her and kiss her body. She keeps silent, but soft moans and sighs start to escape her lips. Soon we’re kissing and then we’re having sex. Her wrists are bound, like your story, but her legs are wrapped around my waist. We both come at the same time, and the first thing she says, a whisper in my ear as I hold her, is my name.
“What do you think?” Zach finally asked, his voice soft and sheepish.
“I think,” Rina said, and she swallowed. “I think I want to try that.”
Rina and Zach’s adventures in erotic fantasy began with the story Blue Book Diaries and will continue later this week in Behind the Blindfold…
