The Present Moment Belongs to You
For better or for worse, you decide
Rain is pouring down The sky has had a rough time It can’t stop crying Bawling into tears
Writing all alone With no one to share your thoughts Silence was once here Muttered by the sudden storm
With this gloomy day You are still thankful
The grass is quenching its thirst The trees are flowing in unison with the wind
You are contemplating Alone time is what you needed
To be alone with your reflections To be surrounded by the hush of the wind The dripping of the rain The sounds of nature
The time being Is what you needed Time you didn’t even knew was important Important to organize your storm of thoughts
