Life is finite.

In our finite life, we have finite moments and immeasurable experiences that make us who we are today.

Every experience shapes us into us. Experience leads a foundation of growth to take place, and growth moulds us into who we are today.

Growth invites change.

I never knew how important is change and growth in my life.

I used to be a person who will run and hide just by hearing about any change in my life.

Complacency in life can be dangerous and that is what I used to play in. I avoided change in my life.

I preferred to be comfortable with the known rather than grow into the unknown.

Little did I know, the Best things in life don’t happen unless you embrace growth.

I am a curious human being with many questions, I have friends who are elder than me so I always ask them questions, a friend of mine did a wonderful favour that changed my life.

Instead of answering my question, he asked me to read a book, which was comfortable for me if that is what it takes to find the answer for my curious brain. Many of my questions were answered and troubles were solved by reading just one book.

“Recognizing that you are not where you want to be is a starting point to begin changing your life.” — Deborah Day

I grew into a better, wiser me. I realized the potential within me that I can use if I embrace growth and change in my life.

I figured out that there is no fun in complacency because opportunities only find you when you are growing into your best self.

If you adapt the growth mentality, you will realize how much potential you have within you, that spark that is only yours. This can help you become your truest best self and you can live the life that you please.

We need growth to become better.

Growth is necessary to become the best version of yourself.

Reading is like unlocking the doors of your mind that once were shut in the dark and bringing in the light. Let there be light. Cast away the darkness.

  • Learning.

By learning about yourself, by becoming the observer, you can see how you behave and act in certain situations and by inviting in the light of awareness, you can grow into being humble.

Observing yourself will invite light of awareness that can give you more control over your behaviour and it will help you become a better version of you.

  • Self-reflection.

“Honest self-understanding liberates us from our stuck emotions.” — C Terry Warner

Self-reflection by journaling your day or by reflecting on what you did today, and how you can make your tomorrow better, help in your growth.

Self-reflecting helps your growth by gaining more perspective on your today and by helping you make your tomorrow better.

  • Experience.

“Turn your wounds into wisdom.”― Oprah Winfrey

Any experience no matter good or bad teaches you to learn something new helps you obtain more wisdom, and learn through the situations by yourself.

Experience is the best teacher, only if you learn from the experience rather than dwell on it.

People need growth in their lives to live better, to be better, and to be more of who they are.

“There is only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that’s your own self.” – Aldous Huxley
