Relationships are important in life.

Whether they are family, friends or even at the work place, developing strong relationships can change everything.

Do you know what a good relationship involves?

Trust.

Yes, trust is like an adhesive bond.

Imagine having a friend who always guards your secrets closely. You know they will always be there for you no matter what happens.

What is the feeling that comes out of such a situation?

It feels nice isn’t it?

That’s what trust does.

Trust doesn’t just come about in an instance, it takes time to develop like a plant grows.

You must water it, take care of it and provide sunlight to it otherwise it will not grow well.

When you’re truthful, dependable, and keep your word you wet that trust seedling.

However, trust also means not doing certain things; this implies that if you lie, make false promises or back-bite someone behind their back.

In that case it is like being weed suffocating such faithfulness plant as nobody likes garden weeds right?

It may seem difficult to build up trust with some one but the struggle is worth taking.

When you believe in another person, you feel safe telling them your deepest secrets. You will be yourself without fear of being judged by others.

And when somebody trusts you too, that’s pretty cool too.

It’s like they’re saying, “I believe in you.”

Not only friendship requires trust but other kinds of relationships do too.

When your boss has faith in you, then he or she will assign more roles to you and provide the opportunity for growth.

And if your colleagues have faith in each other, they can complete amazing things.

Trust is also important within families.

When parents trust their children, it shows that they believe in them, as well as what they are capable of achieving.

Similarly, when kids trust their parents, they feel confident knowing that whenever they need help, guidance or support their parents will always be there to lend a helping hand.

Sometimes regaining trust can be difficult once it’s broken.

It is no easy feat like trying to put all Humpty Dumpty back together again.

This makes it crucial to treasure and guard the trust present in our relationships.

So how does one build trust?

Well, it starts with being truthful and consistent.

Whether it’s something minute you must honor your promises made to others. Stand by your mates and relatives during their needy times.

Above all others, just be yourself; honesty builds up trust.

Remember those days?

Trust is like a frail flower that must be nurtured and cared for before it blooms.

On maturity however, this has resulted into wonderful strong durable relationship thus enriching countless way of life we may have lived.

So water that plant of trust; take care of it so that eventually you will see positive results after some time.

Trust me on this; finally you’ll see why I’m saying so!
